Mike and I took Michael for a day trip this past weekend to my boss Ralph's weekend house in Chappell Hill, TX. Every year he hosts an open house and we thought that it was a great chance to take Michael for some one-on-one time without little brother. We fed the ducks, rode on a tractor, and then headed downtown to Main Street. Michael marched in the teddy bear parade (and won third prize!), listened to Mrs. Claus read stories, and watched Santa come in on a fire truck. He had a blast!
